| Delivery Schedule Sorry folks - despatch has been 2-3 days.Pam suffered massive heart attack and by pass surgery. Our normal despatch policy is next day from receipt of order. goods are despatched via Business Post or Initial Citilink on "Next day" This is delivered by 5.30pm on the day following despatch .A signature is required , so if there is an alternative (i.e. No 4 or neighbour etc) please enter in "special instructions" This goes on to the address label. 1st class post with proof of posting for small items. Where items are currently out of stock we will inform you within 1 working day, advising anticipated delivery date, and only if this is acceptable to you shall we proceed. Payments are only processed prior to despatch, with the exception of certain items that are "special order only". These items will be requested from suppliers only upon receipt of your order, and full payment shall be taken at time of receipt.
